Sec. 7.310. REVOCATION OR SUSPENSION BY COUNTY

With respect to a license, certificate, or registration issued by a county under a statute or rule within the commission's jurisdiction, the issuing county may suspend or revoke the license, certificate, or registration on the grounds provided under Section 7.303.
