Sec. 43.0052. COOPERATION OF TEXAS NATURAL RESOURCE CONSERVATION COMMISSION

The Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission shall cooperate with the commissioner in the performance of his duties and shall furnish him any available data and information he needs.
