Sec. 51.764. DISTRICT FACILITIES ON EXCLUDED PROPERTY

The exclusion does not affect or interfere with any rights that the district has to maintain and continue operation of any canal, ditch, pipeline, pump, or other facility of the district located on land excluded by the order to serve land remaining in the district.
