Sec. 54.746. LIABILITY OF EXCLUDED AND INCLUDED LAND

The land excluded from the district is free from any lien or liability created on the excluded land by reason of its having been included in the district. Land included in the district is subject to all laws, liens, and provisions governing the district and the land in the district.
