Sec. 54.807. BALLOTS

The ballot proposition for an election under this subchapter must be printed to provide for voting for or against defining the area or designating the property and, if applicable, issuing bonds and levying a tax to retire the bonds or imposing a maintenance tax not to exceed the rate, which must be specified in the ballot proposition, provided by the proposed plans.
