Sec. 66.018. NOTICE AND HEARING ON DISTRICT CREATION

If a petition is filed under Section 66.014, the commission shall give notice of an application as required by Section 49.011 and may conduct a hearing if the commission determines that a hearing is necessary under Section 49.011.
