Sec. 68.314. DELINQUENT ASSESSMENTS

A delinquent assessment incurs interest, penalties, and attorney's fees in the same manner as a delinquent ad valorem tax. The owner of a facility may pay at any time the entire assessment, with interest, penalties, and attorney's fees that have accrued on the assessment.
