Sec. 46.011. CRITERIA FOR ALLOCATION OF FUNDS

The department shall by rule and with the advice of the board establish criteria for allocation of funds to participant projects. Rules adopted under this section must include:
(1) the factors to be considered in evaluating projects; and
(2) a maximum funding amount for each project.
