Sec. 348.507. EXPIRATION OF LICENSE ON FAILURE TO PAY ANNUAL FEE

  • If the annual fee for a license is not paid before the 16th day after the date on which the written notice of delinquency of payment has been given to the license holder, the license expires on the later of:

    (1) that day; or

    (2) December 31 of the last year for which an annual fee was paid.
