Sec. 531.005. EXECUTIVE COMMISSIONER

(a) The commission is governed by an executive commissioner appointed by the governor with the advice and consent of the senate.
(b) The executive commissioner shall be appointed without regard to race, color, disability, sex, religion, age, or national origin.
