Sec. 345.0436. SUBMISSION OF PRODUCT TEST RESULTS OR SAMPLE

In conjunction with the issuance or renewal of a permit under this subchapter, the department may require the applicant or permit holder to submit:
(1) a product sample; or
(2) the results of tests conducted on the product as required by the department.
