Sec. 345.044. REVOCATION OF PERMIT FOR UNSANITARY CONDITION

(a) A bedding manufacturer or renovator shall keep the manufacturer's or renovator's place of business in a sanitary condition satisfactory to the department.
(b) The department may revoke the permit of a bedding manufacturer or renovator who violates this section.
