Sec. 324.070. COOPERATION WITH OTHER PUBLIC AUTHORITIES

Under an agreement with a public authority in control of parkland in the county, the district may assume control of all or part of the parkland within the district or contiguous to the district or may contract or cooperate with the public authority in connection with the use, development, improvement, and protection of the parkland.
