Sec. 363.160. DONATIONS, GIFTS, AND ENDOWMENTS

On behalf of the district, the board may accept donations, gifts, and endowments to be held in trust for any purpose and under any direction, limitation, or other provision prescribed in writing by the donor that is consistent with this chapter and the proper management of the district.
