Sec. 565.053. DISCIPLINE OF CLASS E PHARMACY; NOTICE TO RESIDENT STATE

The board shall give notice of a disciplinary action by the board against the holder of a Class E pharmacy license to the regulatory or licensing agency of the state in which the pharmacy is located.
