Sec. 1001.044. QUALIFICATIONS AND STANDARDS OF CONDUCT

  • The executive director shall provide to department employees, as often as necessary, information regarding their:

    (1) qualification for office or employment under this subtitle; and

    (2) responsibilities under applicable laws relating to standards of conduct for state employees.
